Wrap Diffusers

Capitol's ability to form small or large quantities of wrap around style diffusers is an important part of the service offered to our customers.

 

Capitol’s wrap around style diffusers are manufactured from lighting grade large diamond prism acrylic.
 

We also offer optional parts of various thickness, patterns and colors.

 

 

        

 
 HOW TO ORDER WRAP DIFFUSERS

Shown below are the simple steps for measuring wrap style diffusers. As with any diffuser the actual first step is to insure that the existing diffuser fits properly on the existing fixture.

           Stand Diffuser on End



  Trace Completely Around Diffuser.



                Finished Drawing

 

STEP 1
Remove diffuser from fixture.

STEP 2
Stand Diffuser  on END and trace
completely around diffuser.

STEP 3
Measure overall length  of fixture to 1/16".

STEP 4
Advise  whether you want  white or clear
prism acrylic.

NOTE:
Capitol Lighting Plastics makes replacement diffusers that may not match the pattern on your existing diffuser. If an exact match is required please contact us at the phone number shown below.

Diffusers that have end caps usually require that we receive a sample. We will make arrangements to pick up samples should you be unable to bring them to us.

Standard material for clear prism acrylic diffusers is the P12 Pattern Large Diamond Prism that is .125 Thick.

Standard material for white acrylic diffusers is S81 White Stipple finish acrylic .080 thick.
